What a amazing place in Thabazimbi. Only 2 hours drive from Pretoria and a gem. Stayed in the tent camp but it was more luxurious than some hotel rooms. Everything from bathroom to beds to linen to pillows was the best. Tents are cosy and clean. Staff friendly and Ana, the host was amazing. Baked us cupcakes for our 23 year anniversary. Soo Sweet. Drove around and saw a lot of animals, Nyala's, Giraffes, Blesbuck Wildebeest, Buffalo, Oryx, Zebra and lots of warthogs. Farm so clean and roads lovely to drive on. Kitchen was well stocked with pots etc. Cleaning staff friendly and helpfull. Enjoyed every second and we will be back. Can definitely recommend...

Rustic and tranquil setting where you may not see another person for hours! There are 3 different accommodation types ranging from totally off the grid (solar lighting and fridge) to a tree house for a close knit family and the fancier tented camp. All 3 lodgings have a small splash pool, perfect to sit and cool off after a hot Thabazimbi day. Come prepared with food and drinks, as shops are about 15km away.. but still a pleasant drive. This is a cosy lovely escape from the city, i highly recommended this accommodation.
The host is lovely, professional and friendly just like the employees. My friends and I really felt at home.
It is perfectly located, about 8-10 minutes drive to marekele Park and about 6 minutes more to Thabazimbi town.
This tree house was a lovely experience, talking a walk and seeing lovely views and animals was amazing.
We stayed for 3 nights and still wish we could have stayed longer.
