I'm writing this from our comfy king-size bed with the most heavenly bird song in my ears. We've had our breakfast and packed, but I just had to grab another 30 minutes of peace and quite before we hit the road again.||Martha has been the perfect host from the second we arrived. ||We had such a relaxing time in our very own and private wood fired kol kol tub on our balcony, with the most amazing views. |We chilled and played a bit of cards in their lounge and I like the big kitchen to which their guests have acces to.||We made use of it to prep' our food and then off to the braai area where we spent most of our evening. We'll certainly have to stay longer and frequent some of the restaurants next time we visit, but it's not the kind of place where one feels the need to go out. We also thoroughly enjoyed inspecting their original works of art and ornaments throughout.||Martha even offered to get our fire started as she is quite capable and a no-fuss, get down to it kinda gal with a heart of gold and this outing, although very short, was exactly what we needed.||Thank you Martha for your kindness and for putting some spring back into our step.||It has views to die for, proteas and various plants in full bloom in the garden, hot tubs on the balconies and even a splash pool for room #3.|We felt at home the entire time and certainly not as if we were in a guest house.||The bathrooms are modern, beds comfortable, surroundings enough for the eye never to get bored and I'd certainly like to give it a 10 out of 5. |Not because 5* is what they're after, but rather because it has soul, exactly what one needs and so much more, and that's not something one can buy or put a price on.||It's also the perfect place for a family or friends get together or birthday party and only a stones throw away from Cape Town, wine farms and the famous Elgin Market.||We will most certainly be back and I don't say this lightly as previous guest house owners and perfectionists who are rather difficult to please.||The continental breakfast was also more than adequate to kickstart our day and they will most certainly...

This place is spectacular ✨ The rooms are amazing with a gorgeous view from sunrise to sunset🌄🌅. It is very private with your own jacuzzi🧖. It's smartly designed in a chic modern look.

The service is amazing, a special thanks to the owner Martha, who made our stay most welcoming , homely and special.They go the extra mile especially for Birthdays and anniversary, making you think twice about leaving when checking out. My partner and I booked for my birthday and they really impressed us with their service.

The location is private and secure. It is a gated residence with secure parking.There are restaurants and takeaways facilities less than 5 mins away. Not to mention, zip lining,quad biking and their famous Elgin farmers market. All located in a 5 km radius. It's an ideal place for romance,family staycations or group...
