Greyton Lodge — Hotel in Theewaterskloof Local Municipality

Cosy rustic b&b in a good location. Room was neat and clean but had a few kinks that could easily be fixed with a bit of attention. The bathroom door didnt close, the hot water was never hot in the morning (only at night), towels had holes and the bathroom bin was broken. Room is extremely cold in winter, even with the wall heaters - electric blankets would be a great addition. The nails sticking up from the floorboards in our room were a hazard and I tore a sock. The room we were in was extremely noisy and adjacent to the laundry - we could hear the other guests and cleaning staff very clearly - we'd like to have been warned about the noise issue - as it was quite disruptive to our sleep. Hendrik was so accommodating when we were quite urgently looking for accommodation at the last minute after dark. The next morning we were put at more ease when we arrived at the breakfast room with a warm and welcoming breakfast and super fast and friendly breakfast.
