Lugogo Guesthouse — Hotel in Thulamela Local Municipality

Bad place to book yourself when in Venda. Management care less of guests complains or matters. Team hot mugged in the middle of the night, took their belongings(cellphones, cash etc) and management shows no interest in the matter. Supervisor also think the matter is a joke and doest take it serious. MANAGEMENT ALSO SHOW NO INTEREST AND HIS OR RESPOND IS WILL COME LATER, Worse is when we checked in, we were told we don't lock the rooms ourself but they do. At night Security was asked to lock but couldn't, so why didn't they change the room if they knew the locks weren't working? Clearly they knew and planned it all. There are no lies written about friday/saturday night incident we called the owner since 5:00 am will no answer he only responded around pass 10 to 11on our way back from police station.
