Our cleaning lady was a delight and very accommodating. Asked if you would like your room done and when when she was at the rooms close by. Explained when towels would be ready as they go to get laundered. Service with a smile. Sisi who handled rooms 14,15 and 16 definitely deserves employee of the month and a nice bonus. She was very accommodating. Understanding of not wanting to be disturbed.

There is a pool which is great considering how hot it gets in Venda. A grassy area plus a table with an umbrella and chairs to sit and relax. A mobile braai stand.

Generally very quiet though there may be some rowdy neighbours but that's not the establishments fault.

There is room service, a dining hall for breakfast and dinner - at an additional cost.

They have a generator and unlimited WiFi - absolute win for the kids. So when everyone else was loadshed, we still had power.

Midway between Venda plaza and Sibasa so shops are close by for whatever you may need.

Secure parking available with 24 hour security. There are also air conditioners...

Unbearable constant noise/music from across the street that goes into the early morning. Definitely not a place I would come to ever again nor recommend to anyone. (This noise/music is the new South African Plague). If you want to eat at the venue you'll have to be very specific and pay upfront before you can even get served some pap and a little meat. Real pity because rooms are kind of OK with AC which is a must with winter temperature reaching close to 30 degrees Celsius. (86F) Although venue claims to have wifi, you'll get connected without internet. (useless). This place is NOT a B&B, it is only a Bed.
