Premier Hotel Thohoyandou — Hotel in Thulamela Local Municipality

The rooms are beautiful because they are new but no network and their wifi is poor, it was a priviledge to be one of the first people to use it, but when it comes to the service it was Something else, firstly they have no name tags, other staff members are nice but there is this one white guy with blonde hair he is way too forward, when we checked in the ladies at reception where going to tell us how they work but he told them he will while he abruptly took our bags, already taking them to the lift and he forgot to tell us that we are not allowed to bring food in the room but did not forget to tell us twice that the only reason he was there was because of money whitout us asking him that , however later we went to their resturant to eat but their portion were extremely small and they had no vegetables at all except mix veg and after eating we we not full we drove to the mall got kfc thinking we will eat in the room relaxed, but for us to arrive at the reception to be stopped and told we can not eat in the room by our very own forward guy who abruptly prevented the lady from telling us their condition for their rooms, and he made sure we cant go upstairs and made us eat our food at reception and on top of that the owner came but instead of her handling the matter she took us to the manager for him rub it off on us that we can not eat in their rooms because it is a 4 star, then we left to our room and sleep,in the morning they call us at 4 am to tell us that my nephew should pay for sleeping in the room that had 2 double beds and we were only 3 , and paying was not a problem, except they called at 4am. We went to the resturant the chef is wearing uniform from garden court hotel, they dont have a stove for omlet he is using a small pan which does not make it nice, their Milk was spoiled and to think that they rubbed it in our face that they are 4 star it was dissapointing and the food it was like the calculated and...

I checked in on Saturday early hours on my arrival I got assisted by one of the best receptionist ,he made me feel welcomed from that point I knew I was going to have best stay ever! 10/10 service by the Receptionist

From there I went straight to my room it was up to the standard I expected or imagined though when I was making booking I went through the website just to see what doe’s Deluxe room have , on their official website it says it has a mini bar fridge which upon my arrival it wasn’t there

It will be much better if you keep theses websites updated

Secondly waitress and security’s should know the packages of Guests, Guests who are coming to the restaurant and who are residents don’t have the same access

You can’t denied access to “Residents” from taking pictures or swimming , or just staying by the lobby , unless if you’re doing maintenance and still residents guests should be informed

And please make sure the person who’s working at the Bar she’s informed properly I went to the bar and asked if they have menu’s or how do I place a order and “she said there’s no menus “ then within a second her co worker showed me a menu in the same spot and she explained that their temporarily closed at bar for certain reasons which I understand

The hotel is such extinguishly beautiful place, you'd feel like you are somewhere out of the country. I rate their service 2 because there was only one person serving us and the place was full. For this I advise they hire more stuff. We waited for more than an hour before we can get food, except that they didn't bring the baby mash as requested, we even left without the baby receiving food. My food was served with a plastic that I kindly inform them about. They return the food and I had to wait almost 45mins for another one, when they bring me second plate it's had smaller portion of fries and the food was not what I ordered. By that time I had really lost my appetite. Not forgetting we were told there is no pizza but 30 mins later we see other people served pizza. They could not give us even a simple grapetizer they are always out of stock. We had to go somewhere else to feed our cravings with proper food. All This happened on my birthday luckily I didn't allow it to ruin my day. I suggest they get their story right, order stock otherwise I feel you were not ready to open...
