Appalling to say the least. Dirty room, nail clippings in a used and dirty bed, someone's parcel left in the room. Below sub standard food from what is probably a corner take-away joint. The GM...well...severe lack of customer skills and resolving problems. Excellent at passing the buck and blaming the guest...I almost forgot, the GM reminded me that he has many years 5 star hotel experience....BS!. Refused to give a refund even though the disgusting room was not used. I would not allow a bum off the street to stay at this s&%# hole. In closing, do the tourism industry a favor and close your doors...your establishment is an insult to...

The worst experience I have ever had within the group! The manager takes his frustration out on the staff who then relay that frustration to the guest. The manager wants to inflict personal opinions on guests as to how they should spend their money. The bathrooms are in a terrible state! Shower doors falling off, shower head not being maintained as the rest of the facility. There seems to be black mold under the silicone repairs in the shower. When you order breakfast or lunch it is never prepared on time whether you're sitting down to eat or having it as takeaway. Receptionist does not communicate dietary requirements...

I've visited the restaurant on a couple of occasions and I was quite impressed with the new operation - a different vibe In a dull area, however, with the recent price hike - I've noticed R30-00 on all items - I find it quite ridiculous and an absolute rip off.
