This review is relatively objective being my 18th annual road trip, this time staying in 17 properties over a 37 day period.||Easily found in this sleepy village. Secure covered parking.||The property could be rated a 5 star traditional country house in respect of the decor, fittings, quality, comfort and maintenance. Very comfortable room with excellent quality linen, towels etc.||An invertor minimises any load shedding/outage issues.||Good WiFi ||Really pleasant & well maintained garden with a decent sized pool and small gym.||I was the only guest and seemed to have caught the host in a quandary re a pre booked dinner, but a decent lamb curry was rustled up. Good breakfast cooked to order. The most lovely and accommodating guesthouse takes you by surprise in the middle of nowhere - we had two small children, so Mandy hosted us at the little guest cottage in the town center instead, called the Four Seasons.
