Garden Court Ulundi — Hotel in Ulundi Local Municipality

I've been searching for hotels nearby to Hluhluwe Game Reserve. With Richards Bay and St Lucia being the more common leisure towns. I didn't find efficient accomodation in either of these towns. At 11pm the night before I left i stumbled accross Garden Court Ulundi. The service was phenomenol and booking extremely easy. This hotel is located 40 minutes away from the first gate at Imflozi. This gave us a night to relax at the hotel and head towards the game reserve at a good time in the morning (I didnt have to wake up at 5am) we arrived at 10am at Imflozi and had a full day to drive through from Imflozi to Huhluwe and exit. We had ample time and when we reached the exit we turned around to do a little more driving within the park. We were done an hour before they could close which was great! Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location everything is just a walking distance. Friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile. Rooms were well made and spotless. I got a beautify welcome gift thank you. Pool was well taken care of regardless of the crowd as it was festive season. Thank you Busi from house keeping for taking care of us during my 7 days stay. I was a little bit dissapointed with the service, it was my first visit at this hotel and i had made that clear while i was checking in, and in saying that, i was expecting them to inform me of the services that the hotel had to offer but instead i was given a key to my room and the rest, i had to figure out for myself, they didnt even have a directory of service book in the room, i had to call reception to get one, what made my experience even sour was when a staff from housekeeping just entered my room without knocking while i was inside and when she saw that i was in the room, she quickly rushed out, didnt even apologise for her action, i found that very disturbing and...
