The level of service rendered at this place is very appalling, disappointing and poor. ||||They ask us to support black business, but how do you continue doing that when you are met with people like Nomusa. There is no reception, cash is handed to the ladies and placed on an ice cream container. ||On our arrival, the gate wasn't working and we were asked to open and close it when going in and out. Our concern was on the safety of our property; cars and personal belongings. ||All our disappointments were communicated with Nomusa who was not willing to hear our grievances and act upon them.||||On our arrival on the 31st December 2016,the pool was dirty and when asked for it to be cleaned the lady (Zama) told us there was a pill in the pool and when we contacted Nomusa, she said the law doesn't allow her to fill up the pool, which didn't make any sense.||On the following day, the pool was still not clean until our check out day on 2nd of January 2017. ||||We were told that we needed to pay R100 to use the kitchen. When we asked to make breakfast we were told that it would not be possible as the food smell will disturb other guests at the Bed and Breakfast. ||We asked to use the fridge, still we couldn't be assisted as Zama said that all their fridges were full. ||||||There is a lot that is not right with this place. ||I could go on and on about the cleanliness, A/C, towels, dishes in our rooms.||||||The owner doesn't show any care...

Tired and hot I was greeted at the Laundry Room, I presume there is a Reception, never saw it. ||||Firstly, the staff was not aware of my arrival, although I had a booking confirmation and proof of payment in hand. ||||Secondly, a room was provided to me, all and all not too bad. “Somewhat” clean. However, the shower and bathroom walls were covered in Mould!! Needless to say, I was not super excited about my shower. I mean, do these room get inspected by the owner?||||I could go on about the lack of knowledge regarding if breakfast was included in my booking, A/C remote not working and the fact that my room was not cleaned upon my arrival back at the guesthouse after my 1st day of work in Richards Bay, but I do not want to take focus away from the MOULD!!||||I am sure Nomusa have some potential, but is in need of some competent staff as well as overdue...

She's always chewing what looks like a matchstick and you can't hear anything she says 🤦♀️🤦♀️ and then there's another one with short hair but she's a bit older, she's permanently knocking on your door, asking stupid questions and she's so cheeky. I don't understand why they're stuff is rude and always dragging they're feet and gossiping...
