Fountain Baths , what a hidden gem..... quiet tranquil... the rooms are perfect for a few nites away from the city and Fountain Baths is in with easy reach of the Geo trail ... The proprietors of Fountain Baths are only too willing to share their local knowledge and point you in the right direction..... fantastic breakfasts too ...||||I was shown and told about Dusty Tracks ... who took me up into the mountains and showed me the old gold mining towns and diggings from a hundred years ago.... Eureka City was a memorable day out and a trip to the Golden Quarry ... some thing I will never forget... ||||I can not wait to return to Fountain Baths , to continue my exploration of this fascinating town and...

We arrived around 19h00 in the evening with no booking. The owner was very friendly and understanding. After a long and hot drive through the Kruger Park, with hardly any cell signal we took a chance and arrived in Barberton late. Clean accommodation and an inviting swimming pool was all I wanted. I will never forget stay at the Fountain Baths ❤️ Accommodation is great, pool is a plus, we had a music party at the bar, which we enjoyed very much. The highlight is their food and Cherry on the cake are of course the people…the whole family of owners, their care, their nature, you feel like you are part of the family…I hope I can visit one...
