My Visit at Aloe Lifestyle was nothing short of pathetic to say the least, i was ver dissatisfied with the service i received, there was not one manager on the floor that asked how we were, we waited for the food got more than an hour and thirty minutes, Lungelo who was serving us didn’t even as me how my meal was, i had to keep guiding him as to the things i needed because it was evident that he had no training at all. This then goes back to the management of this place it is very clear that customer service id’s not a priority at your establishment, why do you consider solder yourself to be a 5 star establishment because according to me (Five-star hotels are properties that offer their guests the highest levels of luxury through personalized services, a vast range of amenities, and sophisticated accommodations.) this place offers nothing of close to a personalised service at all. it was horrible.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service we experienced during our recent visit to your establishment. On the 15 February 2025, my family of six (three adults and three children) arrived, but unfortunately, no one welcomed or attended to us.

We seated ourselves, unsure if the table was reserved, and waited for menus. After a considerable wait, we approached a staff member for menus, but were ignored. We eventually took the menus ourselves. Despite this, it took 45 minutes for anyone to attend to us. When we finally flagged down a waitress, she promised to return but failed to do so.

We had to request assistance again due to the children's hunger, finally our order were taken, and after another 40-minute wait, our food arrived. However, our youngest child's order was missing, and the drinks arrived only when we asked for the bill.
