Worst guesthouse I've ever been to. The beds were terrible; my whole body aches as if I slept on a boat. Yesterday, the receptionist asked what time I'd have breakfast, and I said 8. However, when I arrived at 8:12, the doors were locked, and I had to check the kitchen. The lady asked what time I requested breakfast, and I told her 8. She said they'd bring it to my room, but when I asked how long it would take, she said 20 minutes. I cancelled the request as I was running late for work. What an unreliable place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The bed in the room you offered was worse than the one I had previously. You could literally see the hole in the middle of the bed. One of your food handlers informed me that breakfast would be ready in 20 minutes, which was unacceptable since I had specifically requested it for 8. Furthermore, I was in the kitchen at 8:12 and was told the food wasn't ready, yet at 8:15, as I was leaving, the lady informed me that it was ready. It's clear that it only took 3 minutes to prepare breakfast...

The breakfast was good yet very late. ||The bedding is terrible, it looks like it is dirty with stains on the sheet. the pillow cases look dull and old. i had to sleep on the kiddies (small bed) as i felt that the bedding was dirty and has not been changed. The shower was terrible (shower head spreading everywhere and the tiles look dirty). When I arrived the room look like someone just left the room and ot was not cleaned (used soup and pepper ). the room was really terrible. It is strange how the photos in this advert are so different from the actual place. This should be a crime! The place was terrible: (i) the room had a damp smell; (ii) the bedding and towel looked old, dirty and unattractive at all; (iii) terrible bed quality (you can actually tell where I slept with the whole shaped like my body) and (iv) water would be very hot and suddenly very cold! This is a horrible place and would not recommend. The staff were nice and...
