Monte Vista 4-Star Guest House — Hotel in Umtshezi Local Municipality

The fact that the owner replied and said, I requested for the a services that they couldn't provide and I did not stay with them that's why I gave them 1 star is funny because I actually stayed there on Sunday, both me and my colleague Share the same views. Firstly the rooms were both the same price however one had a small kitchen type of set up and the other one was just the room, no water offered to the guests or in the rooms even the one with a small fridge had no complimentary water or whatsoever. The lady that made breakfast did not even bother to ask my colleague how she wanted her eggs she just prepared the eggs the way she wanted to prepare them. I am entitled to my opinion and my opinion is that for me that is not a 4 star Guesthouse period. The roads leading to the whole area looks doggy anyway. What a treasure!!! We were warmly welcomed after a traumatic day with my dad involved in a motor accident just outside Escourt. Nattalia and her team's hospitality exceeded all borders to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, beautiful, spacious, luxurious and comfortable allowing us the rest we needed. Breakfast was lovely and served with a view of the beautiful surroundings and stunning garden. This place and it's people is warm, welcoming and wonderful.
