Neo & Ruks guest house goodwood — Hotel in Vasco Estate

We booked ourselves for 1 night at Neo & Ruks guest house in Woodstock on the 6th May 2023. The bedding was clean and smells fresh, we even got an extra blanket since it was cold... But the ladies that work there were making too much noise, they speak so loud. We only managed to sleep around 11pm and we had to wake up at 7 am because of the noise they were making, they were laughing so hard mind you our bedroom is closer to the kitchen and one of them was in the kitchen talking to the other in the living room/reception. They speak their home language but when they spoke about check-out time, they made sure that they spoke English so that we can hear them. The lady that was assisting me was has no good assisting skills , when my time was up at the guest house she let us go out in the rain and we stood outside by the door instead of letting us wait inside so long because i was still waiting for my uber to arrive . I suggest that these people get good workers or else people wont want to come to this guest house , you will loose people if ya'll dont give good care to your clients and I thought there would be a toilet in my room but everyone shares one bathroom so everytime you have to wait for someone to get done and come out with towels in public instead of having your own free space where you could do...

I had a very bad experience with this guest house!!!!!!

I had unforseen circumstances...I booked on the 16th for 19-22 December 2021.

I called the BnB from the 17th for assistance to cancel after paying and booking!!!!

I have asked for assistance in cancelling with no luck!

I called them so many times for assistance, I was told to cancel the booking and they would refund!

Till to date NOTHING!!!!!

AND no feedback! I am very disheartened 😔
