The rooms were absolutely stunning — spacious, super clean, and beautifully designed with a real sense of comfort and calm. You can tell they’ve put thought into every detail. From the cozy beds to the little touches like soft lighting and fresh towels, it felt like a proper retreat.

What really made it special though was the setting — peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It’s the kind of place where you actually switch off and breathe for a change. Whether you’re relaxing on the patio with a cup of coffee or taking a slow walk through the grounds, it just hits that reset button.

If you’re looking for a weekend away that feels like a proper escape — with great rooms, friendly staff, and serious “I’m never going back to work” energy — I can’t recommend Inyala Lodge enough.

Inyala Game Lodge is a piece from Heaven, with tranquility, incredible views, tamed animals roaming nearby, the sound of the lions roar to mezmerize you and with the friendliest and most helpful staff always available to tend to your needs. If you are looking for an escape from the world, this is the perfect place to be. Enjoy nature and God's miracles all in one place. Dewan, the manager on site is the kindest, most helpful human. He is very knowledgeable about the animals and the camp itself. He accomodates every need gracefully. The staff are friendly and service the chalets daily. I even received a marshmallow pack for Easter 🐣 There are Game drives, quad biking rides, hiking trails and clay pigeon shooting, if an activity is what you are after. Hoping to relive this experience again soon....

No braai grid. No toilet paper. Kitchen dirty - so bad that i had to wash everything before using. Dustbin is broken. Fridge full of rust, no shelfs and not working. Broken plastic table outside with no chairs. Patio chairs in living room to sit and watch TV. Bedding and cushions is old and disgusting. Basin in bathroom is blocked - you cannot wash your face or brush your teeth. Piece of the shower door is missing, covered up with a filthy shower curtain - the shower itself is dirty! So bad, my husband didn’t want to shower there!!! Lady said she will check us in later the day, which never happened. Didn’t meet anyone at the premises.
