Fairdeal Guest House — Hotel in Western Cape

Worse experience EVER!! Firstly I had to wait outside calling the intercom and front desk for a good 7min because the music was so loud they could not hear the phone ring and the intercom to let me in.When I came in I was asked to wait another 20 min because they were still cleaning (around 12:00pm).When I got to my room , I get ready for a shower and to my suprise no running water whatsover!! When I try to inquire about this problem to the guy at front desk heres a cleaning lady ready to throw her weight around as if Im starting a fight, yhooo what an arrogant, rude and immature person who does not know how to treat people with respect.The front desk guy finally said the water issue will be resolved soon......soon became 4hours!!! I had already paid to stay for a whole day and a night but I could not survive that 4 hours because of the disrespect so I checked out and demanded refund.

That lady's disgusting attitude will be the downfall of this place....How do we support black owned bussinesses when the very same people dont take pride in the work...

This people are scammers...yesterday we went there we we desperate for a room for an hour the guy forces us to pay R600 for a night yet we made it clear we not there for a night we paid a fee for a whole night by force we then left after that...I call asking for a manager it's like they are defending him ofcos they got our money...am very angry and don't recommend...

I recommend someone yesterday to this place they are heartless and my friend didn’t even spend a 5min something came out his brother was shot dead so he tried to negotiate for later hours but the management refused tell him it’s money making business so I felt it’s unfair for him so will not recommend...
