We recently stayed at the Hoogwater cottage and WOW. The cottage is fully equipped with everything needed and more. The host, Madri, definitely goes the extra miles for all of her guests and it is much appreciated. The KolKol wood-fired hot tub, as well as the indoor fireplace adds a special touch to the cottage, especially for those cold winter nights here in the Cape. Hoogwater comes highly recommended and I can understand why. We will definitely visit again in the future.

We couldn't get into Montagu due to some flooding. Madri was absolutely amazing! We called her to check availability. It wasn't 5 mins and she had her 'family cottage' ready for us to stay the night. Extremely welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend Hoogwater.

We couldn't get into Montagu due to some flooding. Madri was absolutely amazing! We called her to check availability. It wasn't 5 mins and she had her 'family cottage' ready for us to stay the night. Extremely welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend Hoogwater.

An amazing experience for adults and kids alike - fruit picking and enjoying the juiciest sweetest fruit. One in very few farms that allows us the privilege to pick your own.
