Ramada Plaza by Wyndham - Jaeun — Hotel in 자은도

Arrived on a Friday with no expectations. Check in was easy and we received an info sheet with hours for the different amenities and were very shocked to see that it was an additional 35k kwon per person to use the pool. We shrugged it off and decided to enjoy the beach instead. We got to the room and wanted to shower to cool down before heading to the beach and could only find one full size towel and were told it was an extra fee for an additional towel. We made do with out it. Enjoyed the beach and were ready to enjoy dinner but the two places we wanted to visit were closed despite them being listed on the amenity sheet we received at check in. We settled for the Korean BBQ and were sadly disappointed. The portions did not reflect the prices they were charging. We ended up having to go across the hall to get KFC( Korean fried chicken). We also wanted to watch the sunset while enjoying a drink as advertised throughout the hotel but both places that offer outdoor seating were closed.

Save your money and...

This property is located in far south west of Korea in Jaeun Island, so I did not expect too much. But, if I say the conclusion first, it is beyond my expectation. It is newly opened one in year 2022 with C-One resort. The property has 3 side ocean views (especially beautiful when sunset) as well as beaches.
