South Cape Owners Club — Hotel in Changseon-myeon

The room condition and maintenance were far below what you would expect from top resorts/ hotels. Too much wear and tear (quite literally) as well as stains on the furnitures and walls. Seeing grey spots on the carpet and holes on the sofa was very unpleasant, especially when you pay so much per night. I asked to see several different rooms but the conditions were pretty similar. Not at all worth the money to stay here. The resort landscape is beautiful, but everything in it (rooms, restaurants, facility) is way too over priced. The f&b is too limited, as they open only one facility per time slot (ie. Cafe for brunch only and the bar only at night after 8pm).

매우 실망스러웠음. 국내에 특급호텔에서 본 것 중 최악의 방 컨디션. 벽은 스크래치와 검은 자국 천지에 카펫과 쇼파는 떼타고 얼룩졌다. 천으로 된 린네로제 쇼파는 천에 여러군데 구멍이 나있고... 5성급 호텔에서 절대 상상할 수 없는 방 컨디션이었다. 리조트 내의 모든게 너무 가성비 안좋고 조경이 예쁜거 외엔 딱히 할...

골프 위주면 좋겠으나, 있는 동안에도 유아동반 가족을 많이 봤기에 좀더 유아시설이나 연로하신 분들도 골프아닌 휴양시설이 있었으면 했구요. 객실은 더할나위 없이 깔끔하고 비치용품도 고급스러움이 느껴졋구여. 단지, 카운터에서 보시는 분들이 미숙하셔서 기분 나쁜 고객이 옆에 계셔서 보니 카운터 일보시는 분들이 사과보다는 미루기 바쁜걸 보니 역시 응대하는 것이 더 큰 마음에 와 닿네요.그 손님이 내가...
