The first thing to know when reading about this hotel is that your reviewer is not the target customer for this hotel. The demographic it is aimed at is reasonably affluent young Korean families. Read moreWe stayed overnight as part of a tour. All the other hotels on the 12 day tour were great to excellent, not sure why the tour company chose this one. Previous tours stayed at a different one. Good location on the lake especially in April for cherry blossom viewing, and possibly good for kids as there is a small family style park next door and a nice lake with boats etc, but otherwise just an awful hotel. No help from anyone with making a Korean style bed on the floor. No Western style beds in the room. Breakfast was cold for all 6 people on the tour and had to be sent back. Surly service. Ranks down there with one of the worst hotels we've...
