Jeju I've — Hotel in Seogwipo-si

This is one beautiful resort situated in good distance to most attractions on Jeju island (by car that is; get a rental car on Jeju, it's quite cheap and soooo convenient). The rooms and lodges are spacious, spotless clean and frequently well serviced.

The food offering at the resort is decently good but there is a lot more to explore on the island.

The infinity pool is beautiful. Only downside was that the pool wasn't heated at night.

Also note that check in desk is occupied until 11pm. If you arrive later than that they will leave your room key with detailed instructions on the desk. The instructions have been in Korean in my case. If you cannot read Korean, be sure to let them know of your late arrival in advance.

This was my second stay at Jeju I've Resort. Each time, the price has been around $40/night for large room with two queen beds. This 'resort' is pension-style, meaning the room service is limited to changing out towels each morning. However, the location is great as it's secluded and quiet. (You definitely want a rental car if you're coming to this property).

The management is friendly and speaks English well. There is a small convenience store attached to the lobby, but don't count on it for much other than some ramen or coke.

Overall, I give this place 5 stars for the facilities, location and price. It's a great choice for staying in Jeju if you want to get away...

The main asset of this resort is surrounded by lush mountainous forest. The relative inaccessibility of the resort assures privacy and intimate. But then the resort is self-contained so do stock up necessities supply.||||The resort is a low-rise and fairly compact with rooms extending far outwards so some rooms can be quite far from the reception area.
