Hostal Rosaleda — Hotel in Alcalà de Xivert

Bicycle tourist here! I forgot to take a photo, but your bike can safely go in reception. Its a small set of stairs you have to go up.

I cant tell you how nice these people were. They were so so kind, and you can tell they actually care about their guests. They also gave me some oranges as a gift.

When I arrived, the restaurant was closed, but just call the number in your booking email. If for some reason you didn't book, face the restaurant, and the road to the left has a black door that is the actual hotels rooms. Its the same building, but just on the side is the side is the entrance.

The room is great, especially for the price. The bathroom had a tub with jets that I didnt use. Super clean! A very nice place.

I was traveling to southern Spain when a flood demolished the city of Valencia. Hostal Rosaleda was just before the city, and I decided to take an alternative route through the center of Spain. Therefore, I canceled my reservation one day before arrival. I'm writing this 5-star review because the owner of Hostal Rosaleda provided me with detailed information about the flood situation, allowing me to avoid the Valencia region. What's more, he generously gave me a full refund, even though the canceled reservation was no longer refundable. Good people do exist...

This is a spotlessly clean traditional hostal. The owner is super friendly and will do anything she can to make your stay comfortable. We travelled with bikes and were able to bring the into the building for security. The hostal is next to a square where some parking is available but the town has plenty of zones where you can leave your car.
