Perfect location, perched right on the edge of town, in front of the church, with fantastic views out over the old town and gorge below.|This 3 room boutique hotel has been very well decorated throughout, with lovely furnishings. It was spotlessly clean and the shared kitchen area was very good, providing tea, coffee, milk and even a plate of pastries and cakes.|The top room with the terrace has the best views and gets the sun from very early in the morning, so it’s a great place to eat breakfast or sit with a drink to take in the view.|The parking is very close, but you need to head for the tourist office to the left of the square and just passed this by the church you can park for free.|There are two walks/hikes that can be taken from just outside the building plus it is very close to the square where there is a selection of bars and restaurant.||One disappointing thing was that although there were two what looked like radiators in the bedroom and bathroom, we could not get any heat and when we asked, were told that they were only for aircon to blow out cold air not hot - in late September this was a bit of an issue, as the once the sun no longer fell on the windows and terrace the room became very cold from around 5.30pm onwards.|Also, the wooden table on our terrace was broken, so you couldn’t move it away from the wall that it was wedged against or the legs fell off on one side! "La Maroma Rooms and Views" exceeded my expectation. The location couldn't be better - it's right in the centre, but in a very quiet street with no bars, you hear no noise when you are inside, and is on the edge of the cliff, which offers amazing views. The place is very clean, newly renovated with very nice details. I was there in January and in was nice and warm inside - the place has heating. There is also a little common kitchenette with a coffee machine, teapot, fridge, microwave and all the necessary cutlery. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Extremely unfriendly owner, very rude and even agressive. Never had something like this before in my life. Rooms very small and badly organized. Kitchen very limited, no heating panel, broken coffee machine and so on and so on, absolutely a not go, don’t understand at all how they got still this rating. Very bad.
