We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly and kind. They treated us like family. The food was excellent in variety and quality. The upstairs room was quite hot in the heatwave but the staff tried open up windows to make it bearable. We were a family of four staying at our first refugio, so we didn’t know what to expect, but we fell in love with the area and the hikes the staff recommended. Overall, highly recommend to anyone who wants to camp but wants a little more comfort. Can’t wait to go back and also check out other Refugio’s in the area. En heneral la comida bien, pero pedimos dos platos de macarrones y uno estaba casi sin boloñesa,les pedimos si podian añadir mas salsa y los trajeron con tomate natural crudo(acido) les comentamos y elchico se puso un poco chulo, cuando solo le comentamos q el tomate añadido estaba crudo y pedimos unas croquetas para que el niño comiera,en ningun momento nos quejamos o nada solo comentamos de manera educada. A la hora de pagar el mismochuco parece que recapacito y nos dijo que se les habia acabado la salsa, que mo era su especialidad...etc pero nos cobraron el plato igual.lo pagamos sin problema pero creo que el tema se podia haber solucionado de mil maneras y sobretodo con un poco mas de educacion,si sabes que le has puesto tomate crudo y solo lo has calentado,di que no tienes mas salsa hecha, y cambia por otra cosa, invita a los cafes o simplemente reconoce que te has...

Perfect stay. Keep in mind this is not a regular hotel so the bedrooms are shared. The owner is really nice and the food was incredible and plentiful.
