This is my first time at Casa Clara’s, and it certainty won’t be my last. Food is sublime. Chef Tremayne has an amazing tapas menu. I started with Italian sausages and potatoes. The weather was on the cold side so this went down a treat. The perfect comfort food. A mini burger (well it’s not that mini - I was expecting a slider) was perfect. And then Sambuca Gambas. Fresh prawns with a sauce which I can only describe as bread-dippingly good. No, AWESOME. And I’m from the restaurant trade, so it takes a lot to please me! Read moreSpent a lovely afternoon at Casa Clara's yesterday for tapas and drinks. Lovely venue with views across the swimming pool to the rolling hills and mountains. We chose several tapas from a comprehensive tapas menu including garlic prawns, black pudding, mushroom brushetta and patatas bravas. The food was superb, hot and good sized portions. Would totally recommend visiting as it is in a peaceful location, great food and great...
