CAN BEIA CASA VACACIONAL IN BETLEM — Hotel in Artà

We spent 3 weeks in the house as a family of four and we didn't have any problems during our long stay. The house is very very beautiful, comfortable, spacious (each child had their own room), living room, kitchen are also very large. A wonderful terrace with shade where you can have lunch or spend time throughout the day. Everything worked perfectly (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioner, etc.) The location is excellent, two minutes by walk to the sea and many local beaches, only 7 minutes to the most beautiful beach in Majorca - Clara. one minute to a good restaurant, also many hiking trails around. The owner is very kind and was there for everything we needed. Betlem is a beautiful little place, far from the mass tourism of Majorca and yet close to everything. Nice holiday home close to the magnificent coast of Parc Natural de la Península de Llevant with nice hiking routes. The owner Francesc is very friendly, punctual and flexible concerning check-in and check-out. The house is also posted on AirBnB and other platforms but we directly booked with Francesc for a better price. Xavier ist ein fabelhafter Gastgeber, der sogar ein schönes Willkommensgeschenk bereitstellte, in Form von einer Flasche Wein,Milch, Kekse, Orangensaft,Oliven und Olivenöl ! Ausreichend frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher,gemachte Betten und es gab sogar Strandtücher.Insgesamt ist das Haus super sauber übergeben worden und unser Gastgeber war in allem sehr Hilfbereit und freundlich. Ein Grill und Sonnenliegen im privaten Garten mit einer schönen Gartenterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt einen Balkon vor dem Hauptschlafzimmer, der mit einem Tisch und Stühlen perfekt ist, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Eine Wendeltreppe führt auf das Dach für einen spektakulären Blick auf die Berge (hinter) das Meer (vorne) und das Dorf Betlem selbst. Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz und Mietwagen bekommt man günstig im Nachbartort Colonia de Sant Pere ( Xoroi Cars ). Die Lage war für uns perfekt ,nur wenige Meter vom Restaurant Casablanca entfernt. Ein Bäcker/Café ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Ansonsten ist der Supermarkt In Can Picafort bzw. in Arta nur paar Kilometer entfernt. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 5 Gehminuten. Der Strand ist zwar ein Kiesstrand, aber ideal für Spaziergänge und das Meer ist perfekt zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln.
