Our room was spacious and comfortable. Good lighting in the bathroom, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. The room walls are on the thin side - fellow guests could be heard quite clearly. Bed was firm but comfortable but we found the thin pillows a challenge. The staff were efficient but not overly friendly but this was probably more to do with the language barrier than anything else. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and were impressed with what we got - simple and tasty food. Read moreThis is a pleasant hotel but not exceptional. The rooms are a good size and quite comfortable though the bed was a bit hard for us. Shower worked well and was hot. We had one lunch in the restaurant, it was good value and very tasty.||Our main problem with the hotel was the room temperature. We had a corner room so had to use the blinds to keep out the sun. When the sun went down and we opened the blinds we were invaded by small insects attracted to the lights! There is no air con or electric fan so the room can be unpleasantly hot for sleeping. There was also a piece of hardboard in the bathroom replacing several tiles which detracted from the overall pleasant appearance...
Read moreInternational travel is more complex than ever. With all the Covid hoops one has to jump through, it’s nice to find a place like this. They truly make you feel like part of their family. Price is good. Food is amazing. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They handle my English cave man grunts and gestures with grace and humor.
Rooms are clean, shower is hot and beds are comfy.
Rooms are typical European. So if you’re used to rooms in the US, there is a slight difference.
Get the desserts in the evening. Incredible. Fish is fresh and are the salads. Seriously, the food is great.
