Agroturismo Finca Dalt Murada — Hotel in Binissalem

On a very minor road, about 2 miles from the town, this is a very informal and relaxed place. Our room in the grounds was very quiet and private. Simple but more charming than other inexpensive accommodation we have had previously.|Very clean and with a fresh bathroom and a superb shower.|We each all the other positive comments about the owner and his staff and the provision of breakfast in the lovely courtyard.|Some people will think the grounds should be neater and the pool may seem tidy and undeveloped. But it's perfectly nice and we had it all to ourselves.|There are a few cats about, which might be friendlier than some people would like.|At first visit, Binassalem seemed uninspiring, but we got used to it and ended up loving the ambience and watching the gentle pace of life there. It has a nice square with a particularly good restaurant called "Singlo". The waiter looks very much like Simon Bird from The Inbetweeners. 😂|We also enjoyed restaurant "Traffic" at Alora, but you really need the car to get there.|One advantage,in retrospect, is that Binassalem is served very well by inexpensive train from Palma. You could even rent a bicycle from Palma train station and get there without a car.|We are really pleased with our choice. We can see that many people use the place for just a few days and possibly hop between different places during the week. We would consider doing that...

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. Our suite was in ||the grounds of the Finca rather than in the main house and we had a lovely view out across the fields and down to the pool from the patio. The room was huge with a very high ceiling, archway, lounge area and spacious shower room. There was a separate patio area which was alongside other suites, all with an independent front door. ||||The hosts were very relaxed and welcoming. We had breakfast outside every day in a delightful courtyard with heaps of character, interesting artifacts and lots of space. There was lots of choice with the continental Majorcan breakfast and of a very good standard. ||||It is well located for walking and exploring the local area. The walk to the castle at Alaro is excellent and there is a cafe at the top along with suberb views. Binissalem is a delight and has lots of good places to eat and feels like a very local place rather than a tourist town. Further afield the Caves el Drach at Porto Christo are out of this world and if you only do one thing on Majorca - make sure you visit them! The gorge at Sa Calbora is exceptional too. Il peggior soggiorno della mia vita. Ci si ritrova in questo casale situato al centro dell'isola in piena campagna, difficile da trovare ed anche la strada per accedervi è molto stretta, sterrata e piena di piante infestanti. La struttura non è minimamente curata, ma molto vecchia. In 10 giorni di pernottamento non abbiamo mai avuto modo di parlare con il proprietario pur facendone richiesta, ricevdendo ogni giorno una scusa diversa. Il personale non è qualificato per nulla, e le uniche cose che dicono sono o "no entiendo" fregandosene altamente di ciò che gli si voglia dire, o "desculpa" nel momento in cui cercano di capire cosa un cliente voglia dirgli. Personalmente all'arrivo ci hanno dato la chiave della stanza numero 3: si entra in questa campagna in cui il prato non è curato, erbe infestanti o zone in cui l'erba è cresciuta a dismisura, pompe dell'acqua sparse a terra qua e là, e gatti che gironzolano in giro. Entrati in stanza questa non era pulita, c'erano ragnatele sparse qua e là, una pianta infestante che cresceva dal muro all'interno della stanza, un frigobar poggiato a terra sul pavimento con sopra molta polvere su cui poi mettono i bicchieri per poter "bere"...letto scomodo, bagno ancora peggio...biancheria macchiata, non ce ne hanno mai data una in buono stato, carta igienica sporca! Tubature e fili elettrici a vista sull'intonaco, mobili in legno tarlati e puzzolenti! Per 3 giorni abbiamo avuto uno scarafaggio morto per terra e per 3 giorni non lo hanno mai tolto nonostante le lamentele. Fortunatamente non abbiamo scelto di fare la colazione in struttura perché essa viene servita in mezzo al cortile, sugli stessi tavoli su cui si vedono camminare i gatti durante la giornata, e su cui le cameriere nelle ore più calde mettono ad asciugare la biancheria...IGIENE 0! Le porte delle stanze poi sono piene di buchi e questo permette la possibile entrata di animali, infatti la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stata verso la fine del soggiorno: mi sveglio, entro in bagno e vedo un topo di campagna che inizia a correre per tutta la stanza!! Cacche di topo sia all'interno della stanza (sotto il letto, dietro i comodini, ecc) che fuori le stanze. Furibondi andiamo alla reception dietro cui una cameriera stava mangiando un melone tenendoselo in braccio e i piedi poggiati sul piano della reception, ma l'unica cosa che ci viene detta è che offrono la possibilità di cambiare stanza. Usciamo perché non abbiamo intenzione di perdere una giornata dietro persone incompetenti ed al nostro ritorno la stanza non era stata pulita, letto ancora sfatto ecc ma magicamente le cacche di topo erano sparite...ci sentiamo presi ancora più in giro, torniamo in reception dove si ripete la stessa situazione del mattino e ci viene data la chiave della stanza n.5' pernottiamo solo l'ultima sera lì ma la situazione è molto simile alla stanza precedente. Ripeto IGIENE 0, non so come abbiano fatto altri ospiti a lasciare recensioni tanto positive. Allego foto di tutto. Assolutamente non recatevi in questo posto, rischio malattie, dovrebbe solo chiudere! Aggiungo che i prezzi sono elevati, noi per 10 notti abbiamo pagato 850€ e il risultato è...
