OYO Hotel Las Vegas — Hotel in Burgos

We chose this hotel on our way from Portugal to Italy, a very long and tiring car trip with our two cats. The hotel provides private parking and it's pet-friendly which was perfect for us.||||The check-in was fast and efficient and our room on the second floor, with a lift, was spacious enough for all of us. There was a large wardrobe, a feature sadly disappearing from the contemporary hotels, two comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom with a window.||||Since we were tired, we dined in the restaurant which provides a good menu with three of four choices each for starter, main course, and dessert, inclusive of wine and water for the amazing good-value price of 13 €.||||We also had breakfast the following morning which was a simple affair, but still much appreciated since we had to hit the road fast and did not want to waste time looking for a bar to get a coffee.||||I have nothing but praise for this hotel and its staff, although I am not sure if the location is convenient to visit the city, that was not our...

We weren't sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. We leave with mixed feelings... convenient location for a motorway journey overnight stop, spotlessly clean and decor much nicer than expected. Friendly service, if a bit rapid in the good value restaurant- 3 courses, bread, wine and water for 12 euros, all in under an hour! Breakfast adequate but nothing to write home about. Fine for the price paid. Our only (and sadly biggest) problem was sleep! Our room was stiflingly hot and you can't turn the heat down or off. We didn't want the window open due to traffic noise ( effectively blocked by windows). My husband found the bed to firm but out was Ok for me. Such a shame. Would have given 5 stars if...

I found a deal on Booking and didn't realize that it is old hootter hotel just renamed as oyo. I stayed in Hooters 1 night 2 years ago and decided never again. Lucky me. ||Bathroom was really old, sink bathtube were in the really bad shape,very flimsy||I was so upset, since we paid for 7 nights and couldn't cancel our reservation. I would have forgotten one bad night but 7 nights made a lifethreating memories. Location was good, but pay 20% more and stay in Exqlibur or Luxor or any other property. ||However , stuff was nice and welcoming, cleaning service came 3 times only, even though we were out of this hole all the time.
