We had a fabulous week-long stay in a third-floor sea-view room, which offered stunning views and a lovely sea breeze. The walk-in shower was a great touch, and while I personally found the mattress a little soft and thin, my wife found it very comfortable – so swings and roundabouts there!||Every member of staff we encountered was fantastic – from reception to the restaurant team, entertainment staff, kitchen crew, and housekeeping – all were friendly, helpful, and clearly take great pride in their work.||The location is spot on – peaceful, scenic, and just a pleasant 1-mile coastal stroll to the marina if you're in the mood for an evening walk or a change of scenery. The sea access felt safe and inviting, and the pool was perfect for cooling off.||My wife used the gym and was impressed by both the equipment and the sea views – not a bad backdrop for a workout!||The food exceeded expectations. Buffet-style breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety, with a different theme each day – something for everyone. The à la carte lunches by the pool were delicious and very generous in portion; we ended up sharing them after a few days!||The hotel was spotlessly clean – I was genuinely impressed by the early morning outdoor cleaning routine, which ran like clockwork. There were always plenty of sunbeds and parasols, although the front row beds were a bit tightly packed.||Fellow guests were all relaxed, courteous, and in good spirits – exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for on holiday. Evening entertainment ran from 9 to 10:30 pm and was generally very enjoyable, offering something for all tastes.||If we could have stayed for 10 or 14 nights, we absolutely would have! We’ll definitely be returning.||A few small suggestions: a bit more space between sunbeds, more secure parasol bases (one did fall and catch my wife while she was napping – she’s fine, thankfully!), and perhaps slightly thicker mattresses and a touch of modernisation in some rooms. But none of these things detracted from what was an overall fantastic stay – five...
Read moreWell this was my first time to Mallorca, let alone staying at a Grupotel Resort and I have to say it was absolutely lovely. The best part of the stay were three things:
The resort is completely child free - which means Adults Only. No screaming kids or ball games in the pool or running or bombing, it was very civilised with ample room to relax and unwind. Be it at the outside pool, indoor pool and spa or on the separate grass lawn. If you’re laying by the pool then there is more than enough beds to go around.
The buffet breakfast was simply amazing, the best one that i have experienced in Europe thus far. The selections are plentiful and served fresh everyday. You can choose to have breakfast outside or inside. From a fresh juice bar to an egg station and all the pastries you can think of…you will not be disappointed.
The staff were simply amazing, very attentive and professional. From check in to check out they exceeded my expectations - nothing was ever too much trouble, be it an extra pillow or asking for dinner recommendations.
Now I’ve rated the rooms 3/5 this is because of two reasons - the beds are two single beds that moved during the night. I understand the ease of installing single beds into a hotel but a locking system or a rubber stopper to prevent the legs sliding would help - and the second - the walls aren’t exactly sound proofed well. Which means you can hear all your neighbours from time to time. Again i reported this to reception and they attended promptly.
All in all a very good resort that i would...
Read moreThis place is amazing! It has an incredible sea view! The staff really knows what it means to provide excellent service. I would like to give special thanks to Josefina, Angela, and María for the excellent service provided during each meal.
To Llorenc for his kindness with every request at reception, and to Antonio for his friendly service at the bar in the evenings.
The hotel has a great location, about a 25-minute walk from the village. You can walk along the shore, and the path is very beautiful. If you like, you have the option to rent bicycles at the hotel for a good price.
Dinner each night had new options! Lots of fish and seafood. Everything is very delicious. The breakfast is practically the same every day; if you stay for a long time, it becomes repetitive, but there are still many options.
Every night, there is a small music and entertainment show. Special mention to Rubén’s performance—an amazing artist and an excellent entertainer!
The indoor pool is fine. The water is a bit cold, but nothing terrible—you can still have a good time there. Sometimes it can get quite crowded, but nothing that would stop you from enjoying it.
I spent a week there, and it was my birthday. The staff left a complimentary bottle of schnapps in my room along with a birthday card. A very nice gesture!
The parking definitely needs improvement—it’s very steep and in poor condition. We went with a small car and almost lost it because it was parked on a steep incline and started rolling backward. Luckily, we managed to...
