This summer we spent 2 nights in Hotel de Naturaleza. Due to availability issues, we agreed to change from a 'double standard' room -1st night- to a 'suite' room -2nd night-. We paid around 190€ for both days, which was really in line with hotel's room quality and landscape.||||The change of the personnal stuff from the 1st room to the 2nd one was done by the hotel staff.||||We suddenly realized that my Persol sunglasses (~300€) were missing. We asked several times to different hotel employes about the sunglasses. We even told them to carefully look into the first room, since we were denied to access it. We were told sunglasses were not there, so we came back to France without them.||||One week later, we kept calling the hotel asking about them. After several phone calls, the glasses misteriously appeared on the 'lost objects cupboard' (which was previously empty accoridng to hotel staff).||||Therefore, the hotel finally shipped them back to us.||||However, here comes the point: without any agreement from our part, the hotel employee took our credit card number and got the 15€ shipment cost!!! I was really surprised when I saw this payment on my bank's account.||||We consider the sunglasses have always been in the hotel and all the time loss could had been saved if the hotel employees had taken our request more seriously. In addition, since we understand that we left without them because of the laziness of the hotel stuff, shipment costs should had been overtaken by the hotel responsibles.||||As it can be understood, we do not care about the 10€ shipment cost but about the bad attentiion we have received from their side.||||It is a pitty that such a nice hotel can lead to such...
Read moreEl hotel en si me parece muy bonito, las zonas comunes y las habitaciones que dan al océano son impresionantes. Si bien las que dan a la carretera no tienen el mismo encanto. Además no hay la figura de un recepcionista o host que te informe a la llegada de los servicios del hotel tal como WiFi, horarios de desayuno o sugiera sitios de la zona. Pese a ser dos estrellas esperábamos ese mejor servicio, si lo que se busca es sólo alojamiento es genial, pero como experiencia completa nos ha faltado esa parte. La habitación estaba muy limpia aunque olía a tabaco, la puerta del baño da poca intimidad, no tiene aire acondicionado y el mando a distancia no funcionaba. Tampoco me mandaron la factura a la salida como acordamos telefónicamente. En resumen como alojamiento está muy bien pero la parte del servicio es mejorable y aunque sean 2 estrellas, por ese precio uno espera que se cuide un poco más la atención al cliente para una experiencia más completa.
