The setting is beautiful , the staff less so. Rude on arrival, No "welcome ", Just" give me your NIE." No "good morning "at breakfast just " you have to leave at 11. ||The place is so badly managed for example- we needed a drink in the midday sun while using using the pool , we tried to get a staff member , searched the reception , kitchen etc , rang the door bell - nothing , rang the phone- nothing , even what´s app .NOTHING , How can we get drinks or even a snack? so we decided we had to go out to get water. when we sat at the outside tables drinking, suddenly the staff appear and we were told abruptly " you cant bring outside drinks etc into the place. unbelievable !! Dogs are allowed here , but the owners cant make up their minds where they are allowed or not. 2 families were told not to bring their dogs into the open courtyard for breakfast , then in comes another family with two dogs who were allowed. One family was told by the man owner that the dogs can go by the pool but not in the pool , then woman said to another family "no dogs by the pool ". All this makes for an uneasy stay that should have been relaxing and away from it all. To sum it up WE LEFT EARLY AS WE FELT UNWELCOME. Badly managed , rude and overpriced. The facility is well kept and in a nice location but the personel is not well trained to deal with people. The cook is not prepared to be in touch with people and does not seem very happy on her job. Breakfast is too basic in the options. Cakes and muffins were industrial ones wrapped in plastic. Fruit jam and honey were from the supermarket chain Mercadona instead of sourcing it from local producers. The owners never showed up and I am not even sure if they care whether this place is fully booked or not. At the checkout it was the Cook again who did the check out. Hemos pasado 3 días en la hospedería 4 perdonas. El entorno es muy bonito, las instalaciones están muy bien y confortables. Antes de llegar nos confirman que tenemos reservadas dos habitaciones dobles con desayuno incluido, pero sólo para una persona por habitación. Con esto pretendían cobrarnos un sobreprecio de 60€. Cuando entramos en la web de la hospedería descubrimos para nuestra sorpresa que en el apartado "otros servicios" tienen publicado que los desayunos son GRATUITOS. Evidenteme protestamos y no pagamos el sobreprecio. La hospedería está atendida por dos señoras, Reme la recepcionista es muy atenta y agradable. Sin embargo, Salvadora la cocinera es muy desagradable. Vive en la hospedería y se pasa el día viendo Sálvame en la sala de estar de los huéspedes y COTILLEANDO. Te sientes vigilado constantemente lo que hace la estancia muy incómoda. La primera tarde, al ver que no había bar/cafetería, compramos unas cervezas y un picoteo para cenar en el jardín cerca de la piscina y rápidamente salió Salvadora a decirnos de muy malos modos que no podíamos consumir nada de fuera y que lo que quisiéramos consumir que se lo pidiéramos a ella. Cuando le pedimos la carta de precios nos dijo que no tenían y que le preguntasemos a ella lo que quisiéramos. FATAL. Preguntamos lo que tenían para cenar y nos dijo que no había carta, pero que podía hacernos una tortilla de patatas y ensalada por 20€ por persona sin bebidas... Si queríamos algo más elaborado había que solicitarlo con antelación y el menú eran unos 30€, bebidas aparte. NOS SENTIMOS TIMADOS, por lo que nos fuimos a Cieza a hacer todas las comidas. Es una pena que una estancia que podía haber sido maravillosa por las instalaciones la echen a perder por un mal servicio y un intento constante de engañarnos para sacarnos todo el dinero posible....
