Mas Fuselles — Hotel in Cornellà del Terri

Had an amazing time. This place is a kids’ paradise. Went in April and my kids loved meeting the farm animals, planting crops, and playing with all of the toys and activities. The whole place is focused on organic and sustainable living. They use solar to power the place and grow crops to serve guests without any chemicals (all natural compost) or machinery. There are two main outdoor play areas that are well maintained. One has a big playground with zip line. The other has a trampoline, giant treehouse structure with rope bridges between them, two zip lines, a maze, and a half a soccer/football pitch. There is also a huge indoor play area where we ate and spent evenings. The indoor play area has a giant ball pit, climbing stuff, riding cars, a kitchen, books, etc.

Breakfast and dinner were included and Nacio is a wonderful cook. He made us stuffed peppers with eggplant, fish and couscous, beef, and chicken stew. Breakfast always included lots of meat, cheese, veggies, fresh eggs, and wonderful bread. He doesn’t speak English but Google translate made everything easy.

The area is perfectly located for day trips. We went to the coast, Roman and Greek ruins, Besalu’s old city, Banyoles lake, the crater, and tons more. Lots of rest and relaxation combined with swimming in the pools (warm and cold at the farm) and fun adventures at the farm and nearby locales. We also went to Can Boix, a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant that is only 6 minutes away.

The rooms are in an old stone villa and are rustic. I think the only thing I would want to be slightly better is the sheets and towels were a little worn but the beds were comfy and lots of options for families with kids (our room had a king size bed, a kids queen sized bed that was low to the ground, and a twin size toddler bed). Mas Fuselles is the full package for families who want their kids outside enjoying the world and learning...

a unique oasis to go with the little ones. never thought that a holiday with kids could be so relaxing... I went with my girlfriends and their kids (toddlers) to have our summer reunion and we extended our stay without hesitation! Every single detail has been thought to satisfy everybody's needs! swimmingpool, jacuzzi, playroom, healthy food, storytelling, trampoline, playground, bouncy castle, zip-line,animal farm... but the best is the kindness of the host, Sergi, and the beatiful atmosphere that he creates. Thank you for your hard work. We will absolutely come back...
