What an amazing experience to stay in fully renovated rectory of century past! Settled in a rural mountainous area Hotel La Rectoral is a window to a universe where nature offers its most dazzling view to stars at night and the beauty of its ever changing sceneries across its mountains slopes by day. Its a brand new, recently inaugurated property where good taste meets comfort and decor to assure relaxation, with a general feeling of wellness. The rooms are spacious and restful with first rate equipped bathrooms. We were able to visit the small and beautifully done apartments with kitchenettes and jacuzzis. The infiniti pool is a welcome respite from the hot summer days surrounded by an ample terrace to rest. All throughout the property we could feel their attention to detail to bring about comfort and excellence. The restaurant offers a varied and tasty menu which accommodates the most demanding palate. There is also a cafeteria with a terrace to enjoy the view while tasting well known Galician wines. Hotel La Rectoral is a welcome respite, an embrace into a five star splendid nature event. Wholeheartedly recommend this first class gem to rural enthusiasts everywhere...
Read moreStayed 1 night with my daughters in one of the apartments. Service was excellent, they accommodated my daughter who is a picky eater and we appreciated having had dinner and breakfast in the room as my oldest daughter wasn’t feeling well. My only negatives about the stay is there were lots of spiderwebs on the porch (massive spider at night that scared my 7 year old), we could hear every single word the family in the adjoining room was saying (they woke us up at 8am) and the outdoor jacuzzi had a broken knob so u could not adjust the temperature of the water at all and it was incredibly hot for my little one. Aside from those small details we would...

The hotel is tucked behind the streets of a (very old) rural Spanish village and opens into a breathtaking view of rolling Galician hills and a lush forest. Our room was a private and secluded with modern amenities and included a Jacuzzi on the front deck (the night sky from the tub was incredible!). For dinner we were able to order a smorgasbord of local delights right to our room, including regional jamón and cheeses. Try the Tortilla Española, you won't regret it! The next morning a breakfast basket with fresh squeezed OJ, hot coffee and milk and the best local bakes were delivered to our room. Everyone at the hotel was extraordinarily attentive and kind, which made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for a...
