Casabuelo — Hotel in Cudillero

With a family, or with your sweet honey, this is the right place to stay: rustic, romantic, relaxing and astonishing.

Inside a 1000 m² field, Casabuelo is made by three independent separated houses. Restructured from an ancient building dating back 1910.

You can also fin an "Hórreo" which is an Asturian typical building, made of wood, used to essiccate vegetables.

Each apartment has different sizes, and obviously price. Starting from 50-100€ on off season, they reach 135-180€ on peak season. They are on average.

Our house, the so called "Casa Trasgu" can accommodate comfortably up to 6 person, thanks to two single beds, one double bed and a double sofa bed, in the living room. The house has two floors, with rooms and a big bathroom, in the up floor and a kitchen, a small bathroom , and the living room in the down floor.

There is a TV, and WiFi (which is usable, with some range issues), some cleaning tools, an hair drawer but there is not a washing machine, or a vacuum cleaner. You can ask the host to clean you clothes and your apartment on Wednesday.

The kitchen is full equipped, with microonde, fridge, dishwasher, electric plate and you can even drink the sink water if you want: it is fresh and clean.

It is astonishing to live inside an house whose walls are rocks, with a full old, well-kept wood ceiling.

It is perfect for children, thanks to the small playground right inside Casabuelo's field.

There is even a barbecue, but you have to buy charcoal if you want to use it. Cleaning is included.

During all the day it is hard to find a source of noise around you, only some barking dog.

On clear nights, stars appears and thanks to the astonishing atmosphere Casabuelo becomes the right place for a romantic dinner, maybe cooked on the barbecue.

From there, you can reach the local Cabo Vidio with its wonderful landscape on the ocean, by walk in around 20 minutes. There is also a, well equipped, mini market opened even on Sunday where you can buy for cheap everything you need.

Do not worry about parking, there is a place where you can leave you car with any problem just...

Really nice place to stay and rest, beautiful holiday home set in a spacious garden, all necessary amenities provided, fully installed kitchen too...the area is great for walks, we wished we had booked for longer but for us it was just a two day break while doing the Camino del Norte which...

Hemos pasado unos días magníficos. La casa es maravillosa, con todos los detalles para una estancia muy confortable, todo muy nuevo y en perfecto estado de uso. El jardín es perfecto para dejar a los niños a su aire, con total tranquilidad. La barbacoa de obra funciona de maravilla, el coche se aparca muy cómodamente, la localización es inmejorable, a un paso de los restaurantes y tiendas de Oviñana. Finalmente, y lo más importante de todo, es la atención por parte de sus dueños y el personal: detalles que se agradecen como el cambio de sábanas de una de nuestras hijas cuando fue necesario, limpieza diaria, colada dos veces por semana. Estamos...
