Hotel LB Villa de Cuenca — Hotel in Cuenca

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and daughter. The bed was big enough, but the room was dirty. The bathroom, on the other hand, was actually very clean - almost surreal when compared to the condition of the room.||||The location was in the middle of an industrial area and it is clear that the hotel commonly caters to contractors and construction workers. The parking in the garage below was fine and secure. There is street parking available if you trust your vehicle to be left alone overnight...||||Breakfast left a lot to be desired with everything basically pre-wrapped and very little in the way...

The hotel is situated on an industrial estate but access is very good. You could tell it was a popular place with regulars travelling through. Staff were happy to provide maps and information about the town for us first time visitors and as we were driving, it was most useful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and well set out. The only downsides would be our room was a little tired, though very clean, and the out of town location which might not suit everyone. That being said, the town was itself was difficult to park in, parking meters plentiful but no spaces...

Como sería la cosa, que nos tuvimos que buscar otro hotel y nos abonaron la habitación.|Llegamos: el rollo de papel gastado 2/3. Se oye todo de otras habitaciones, y no porque la gente estuviera gritando, sino porque las paredes deben ser de papel.|Después de pasar el día en Cuenca llegamos y no había agua caliente, la manta estaba sucia con manchas del cliente anterior (o anteriores) y el radiador del baño no funcionaba. El aire acondicionado/calefacción no se puede subir de 21°.||Contactamos con el hotel (a un móvil, porque no hay nadie en recepción) y nos dice: que no es adivino para saber si el termo está encendido o si ha habido alguna incidencia con el (obviamente porque no hay nadie en el hotel…y enterarse de algo si no estás, es imposible). Yo tampoco soy adivina, pero bien que pagué por unos servicios que no tenía y un trato mejorable.||Nos dicen que esperemos 2horas para ducharnos (a las 11 de la noche), y sobre el mantenimiento del radiador comentó que los anteriores clientes los rompen de ponerlo. Que nos fuéramos a otro hotel si queríamos. Con el colmo de la manta se disculparon, pero vamos… las cosas se lavan o se revisan antes de que entre el siguiente cliente.|Es decir: el mantenimiento es nulo y la solución es que te vayas. |Obviamente así lo hicimos: 12 y pico de la noche y buscando hotel por Cuenca para poder ducharnos y dormir. El hotel Torremangana le da mil vueltas a este, en trato, comodidad, limpieza, ubicación…|No recomiendo en absoluto este...
