The reason I'm giving it 2-stars is mainly because of the road here.

The villa itself was beautiful, had an amazing view and the owner of the house was always just a phone call away and really nice person. But there are a lot of things it needs to improve, since it's such a beautiful house on a beautiful spot. The beds need to be replaced, they're old and very uncomfortable. The bed linen, dishwasher, coffee machine are in big need of replacement. Amenities is something they need to get better at. It's such a lovely house, the need to improve that part to make it a better experience. The pool was well taken care of.

Now to the reason I'm not giving it more than 2 stars: I'm used to difficult and dangerous roads, but I've never experienced a road in such bad conditions. The video is from when we're leaving and the weather was great. But the day we got there, it was raining and the dirt road was no longer a dirt road. It was muddy, and the car almost slipped off the road twice. We also had another car which the driver is Spanish and used to roads like these, but even he could barely manage the road. People should not fear for their lives just to be able to get to the house. The house owner should warn people about how dangerous it actually is.

Of all the guests here 14 people, none wants to go back unfortunately. Not even the Spanish taxi drivers, even though the were offered a lot of money. It's a shame since it's such a beautiful house, but not worth...

As others have said, the dirt road is very dangerous, and they don’t clear the large rocks from the dirt road either. Also, no signs on the dirt road which often forks and Google maps isn’t the best to follow. Prepare to be on this road for about 20 mins.

The villa is badly designed, will try to remain factual:

Bedrooms: very small, cheap mattress put on on a fold-out metal bed frame (even worse than ikea), no useable power usable socket (each room has one power socket that’s close to the ceiling!), hardly any hangers in wardrobe, ripped and stained bed sheets. Terrible pillows.

General: Centrally controlled AC, so no ability to control temp in each room, everything is cheap, the house is dim - you have to use your phone torch to see things, lots of bugs everywhere like too shelves of wardrobe. Some of the bedrooms were locked off and we couldn’t access it despite paying for the whole house.

Kitchen: no oven, dim dim dim

Pool: isn’t cleaned, no filtration system and Was cold (travelled end of May)

Bathrooms some don’t have any doors! Bathrooms are huge compared to bedrooms. They lack basic things like a hook to hang your towel. Towels are very thin and cheap, almost like a sheet

We paid almost £2,000 for 7 nights. Even if they offered it to me for £500 I wouldn’t...
