One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! David, Andre, and Crina are just amazing, so caring and friendly, yet master of their craft: be it cooking amazing dishes, recommending amazing wines or helping us plan out our days to enjoy the most of the region. Seldom have I felt more welcomed and cared for.

This hotel in itself is worth a visit to the Spanish Pyrenees. Really, it's that good. The building has all the charm of its accumulated past (parts of it dating to the 10th century) and all the comfort of a modern luxury hotel. Heated floors, great spacious rooms, balconies with views of the mountain, cozy reading rooms...and the food!

And as much as it's hard to leave such an amazing place, it's also the perfect base from which to explore the manny quaint villages around or hike the Parque Nacional Ordesa y Monte Perdido, as well as many other marked and unnarked trails (some of which starting right at the hotel grounds!).

A must stop for anyone planning to visit the north of Spain, and one we're definitely coming back to as often...

If you're looking for a truly unforgettable experience, this is the place.

David, André and Crina are absolutely the best people, so lovely, helpful and talented. The hotel is gorgeous, well preserved, full of history (be sure to ask for the house tour) and very well adapted to offer all the comfort and amenities a modern hotel needs. The surroundings are also amazing, with beautiful views of the mountains, hiking trails you can take directly from the hotel property, birds singing in the morning and cows going back home ringing their bells in the afternoon.

By car, the hotel is not far from other amazing places you can visit, such as the villages of Aínsa, Roda de Isábena and Alquézar, as well as the Parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido, with amazing trails directly inside the Pyrenees.

I cannot recommend this place enough. This is truly an unique experience near the Spanish Pyrenees. The food is great, all the wines we had were delicious and all the tips David, Crina and André gave us made the best...

Amazing experience with incredible views and wonderful people. We throughly enjoyed our stay, meals and the view. The hotel was able to accommodate our allergies, including gluten free, with delicious food. David and his staff are very detail oriented and I felt very safe eating everything. The hotel offers a great dinner and breakfast with a self service bar. We booked a room with a south view and found the view breathtaking and the room comfortable. Don’t forget to ask David about hidden gems in the area, he knows of some great spots for hiking and taking in nature. Highly recommend booking and staying. We look forward to our future visit.
