Tldr: Bad AC, bad tv, bad wifi, bad English, bad cleaning, good beds good pillows

We arrived in the morning and we were told we couldn't check in, however the website which we booked it with said we could. Because of this we were offered one of the worst rooms.

There were the hotel basics missing, soap cups, ironing board, hair dryer and wifi missing. We had to complain to get these.

When we complained about the WiFi we were told by the day manager that someone would go fix it. When we returned at night and inquired the night manager about it they suggested we changed rooms which had not been told before hand.

The TV is language locked. Imagine an international hotel with region locked language. Imagine going to Hamilton and having the tv locked in a random language. You might think that you're just gonna cast your smartphone onto the tv, nonono, think again you can't because the tv isn't connected to wifi.... You might be asking why not ask for an HDMI cable? Ah the smart staff don't even know what it is i have to Google it to show them and then they respond with 'nono perdona'.

The air-conditioning was also locked. 22°c. Imagine the air outside being LOWER than the air con and still boiling. Nights in Madrid 18°c best this hotel can do is give you 22°c.

There are ants everywhere in the rooms too. Makes me wonder are rooms even cleaned?

What about dust? Ohhh you're gonna enjoy yourself if you're allergic to it. Constantly filled with rashes.

Only redeeming feature is the marvelous beds and pillows. Which unfortunately get covered in dust by the time you get to your room in the evening.

All this and you might ask, why not change rooms?

Well what if I told you all tvs are locked all the Aircons are locked. When they told us if we wanted to change we were on our last night.

The little English the staff speaks is laughable when you have to resort to your little knowledge of Spanish that you learnt on the side of a magazine on your way here to communicate.

I don't understand how this is a 4star hotel.

Dear Alberto Pérez, if you read through all of this and your past negative comments why not change anything? Should i really rally my review account and summon upon a greater dry season dryer than the...

The rooms are okay, a bit old but everything is there. Have to ask for amenities and somehow they only provide water for the first day (so 2 bottles for your entire duration of the stay).

Information regarding the location for those who travel as a tourist and want to explore Madrid city center.

It is located at Zone B, and the easiest connection to the city is via bus + cercanias (train)

There is a bus station outside of the hotel for bus Pi2 (you have to buy Zone B bus ticket, recommended to buy via app 4.4€/10 ticket). But please mind that THE BUS DOES NOT RUN ON WEEKENDS!

So if you are there on weekend, like we did, you have to take a taxi to the nearest cercanias (Getafe Industrial or Getafe Centro) about 6-10€ or 36 minute walking.

For the cercanias itself you have to buy 3 Zone (about 14€/10 ticket)

And for your journey in the city, you can buy the bono ticket for the metrobus (now on sale for 6.6€/10 ticket; as per April 2025)

In short buy: multi tarjeta ticket (can be used by multiple person), top up with: metrobus (for city) and Zone B ticket Cercanias ticket 3 zone (can be used by multiple...

¡Contradictorio!. Bajamos a mediodía a comer.

Warning: this is a nice hotel is in an industrial park, a quiet, modern, tree filled industrial park, but an industrial park in Getafe, a town just outside of Madrid city. If you're a tourist looking for the center of Madrid maybe this is probably not your hotel, although there are plenty of large malls shopping around the general area (you'll need a car). If you're on business or looking to go to the Warner theme park, then this hotel is a great option. The rooms are decent, clean and the water pressure in the shower is AMAZING (on the second floor at least). The breakfast is great with everything you need including a hot breakfast. The staff on our visit were very friendly, especially one of the ladies at reception. The lobby/ restaurant is nice and modern too. Plenty of free parking (after working hours) around the hotel but the hotel has parking too. The photo is the view from our window. Go visit the statue at the top of the photo.

This is mainly a hotel for business trips. Rooms are comfortable, pretty quiet but breakfast is poor, same thing everyday and not a lot of options. Some staff is friendly and try their best, but some make it impossible to like them. (Especially if you don’t know Spanish). And yes, you have to pay for parking which is not that nice considering you need a car as you are outside the city. There is a bus station across the street, but to get to Madrid it’s an adventure. All in all, good for business trips and if you have a car. And from our point of view, there are some good options to eat from their menu. (And staff from the restaurant is really trying in comparison)

I came first for a couple of nights, then I went to Valencia,, but on the way back I decided to stay here again. Excellent hotel, service is good, rooms are very clean, the staff is awesome. The place is very quiet, so it's ideal to rest and relax. I'm staying another 5 days. If you rent a vehicle it is a great place to park it safely, no need to park on the street. This hotel is really good and prices are fair.
