The positive thing about the Hotel is the views, it’s direct sea view ( unless you book not sea view room), the big beautiful territory and it’s direct to the sea. At the same time beach isn’t cleaned and it’s with construction left overs. Located a little far from the town (2 km), there is lack of services and amenities. The water you can get from bar only and it’s costly - 1,5€ for 500 ml, the water machine was out of service for three days and bar doesn’t open till 9 am and closes by midnight- so basically it’s headache to get water enough when it’s over 30 degrees heat outside. The same thing if you are an early bird - no options to get coffee in the morning, only after breakfast starts at 8 a.m. and they don’t permit to get coffee and eat later. Restaurant is ok, the choices are ok and food delicious.

The terrible thing is mosquitoes, they are everywhere - lobby, reception, terraces, stairs, elevators, bars, rooms and they eat you alive, repellent is a must and it’s still not helping, you need keep spraying on yourself and surroundings. This amount of mosquitoes points to not clean surroundings and there are plenty of spider nets and other staff by bar terraces and pool.

Rooms are clean, with good size balcony and spacious bathrooms. Housekeeping takes care of rooms very well. The beds are small, we didn’t pay attention while booking that beds are 1,35 and they accommodate to those rooms up to 4! Honestly, not sure if beds are 1,35m, seemed less as two pillows aren’t fully fitting. There is wide animation program and activities for kids for any ages, all of that with prior registration- so if you are short stay your kids stay out of activities as registration lists are full for next days. Reception work is extremely slow, arriving after 4 pm we queued for an hour to check in and there were no groups just 5-6 families. However staff isn’t less at the reception, they work at least 5 person. Same long story with check out. We have stayed at this hotel in June ,me ,my wife and our 2 children.The hotel from outside looks quite good the only issue was the parking.Is outside without any protection and you still have to pay for it.7 euros something to leave your car in a cooking summer sun.The reception was quite ok .We have not got any particular information because anyone hardly speaks any english but overall it was acceptable and not much a fuss about It.Apart from always when wanting something there was a queue all the times as only one person serving.The bedroom was quite decent and large when we entered and reasonably clean but in our stay of 5 days It was cleaned twice.Nor towels ,nor toiletries were replenished throughout our stay.But the main reason I am giving this establishment 4* its for its staff in Food and Beverage department.The bar even the lack of english is very noticiable but the intention to please us all the times was very refreshing.And then to mention the restaurant and specially its manager Yarrow.You could see his professionalism and passion for his job.The restaurant was always super full but him with his wit and charm and keeping always calm could handle the stress the way we have not seen before in this kind of establishment.And always had time for us in a very unintrusive and professional way.At the end of our stay we went to say good bye to him and to our astonishment when we offered him 50euros as a tip and he refused and told us that he doesnt work for tips but if we could leave a feedback about our stay that would be his reward.We would gladly be looked after by Yarrow and...

The location of the hotel and the site is magnificent, but the operation of the hotel is catastrophic, and is by no means a 4-star (2 at the most), the value for money is exorbitant for the quality and dilapidation of this hotel (We paid 1500 euros per 3 night! For 2 adults and 2 childs ). The staff at reception are overworked, unsympathetic and unhelpful (apart from Alex who was attentive and wanted to do his best but had no way of doing so), the rooms had a bad smell (we had taken 2, 528 and 529) they were not clean, lack of towels, the safes didn't work, very small too with 135cm beds! The only thing they have to offer is a magnificent view. the facilities are not maintained, the pool is dirty and small, there are no deckchairs or umbrellas available at the pool and the beach is non-existent - we spent our stay on the grass! The catering was very mediocre (we ate once at the self-service restaurant and we were all sick, with stomach cramps and diarrhea), the glasses were very dirty, and the quality of the products and variety was catastrophic. The room safes did not work either, which is unacceptable. The air conditioning was very weak and did not work for a whole night (a hellish night) the reception did nothing! We booked in this hotel in order to join friends who were thinking of a 4 stars with a minimum of hygiene and service but we were very very disappointed and never us.
