Hotel Restaurant Figueres Parc — Hotel in Llers

we were looking for a place to stay on our way from France to visit the Elbulli 1846 museum the next day. So our priorities were to have a safe place for our packed car and not to spend too much money, but still sleep in a clean room. To have a relaxing evening, we also decided to eat at the hotel, hoping for a decent meal. The hotel is located on a local street and has the typical look of those 90s hotels that want to look like luxury, but you know it is rather the opposite.

Let‘s overcome that.

On arrival we noticed everything very well kept and super clean. Even the car entrance and the enclosed car park were flawless. Upon entering the hotel, we found a mixture of old but maintained installations and renovations done with excellent taste and a great feeling to create a cosy atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed and at the latest at dinner we fell in love with this hidden gem. Very good, local food, excellent music and even the clouds outside were bathed in pinks and blues to create a moment of mushy happiness. All this made sense when we met the owner, a lady with excellent style and her cute dog who made his very polite honours to every table during dinner time.

Recensire l’hotel dove si è soggiornato è un ottimo modo per aiutare altri viaggiatori a prendere decisioni. Una buona recensione deve poter fornire quelle informazioni che spesso non sono presenti sul sito dell’albergo. La scoperta di Hotel Figueres Parc ne è un esempio. Non era presente nella nostra ricerca e optammo per un altro hotel sulla piazza. Arrivati, abbiamo pensato che era meglio tornare indietro e trovare un altro alloggio. Dissi, uscendo dall’autostrada ho avuto una buona impressione da un hotel sulla strada, andiamo a vedere. L’accoglienza conta tantissimo. L’aspetto floreale dell’esterno che mi aveva colpito, era il frutto di Cristina, la proprietaria, che con garbo e bella presenza ci ha accolto come fossimo dei regnanti. La struttura è situata in un luogo tranquillo, con piscina e parcheggio interno gratuito. Era la sera del lockdown e i locali chiudevano alle 18. Dove andare? Nella sfortuna di non poter visitare la cittadina, che tra l’altro ci è parsa un ghetto e ho rivolto invito all’amministrazione ad occuparsi di questo, è stato una convenienza mangiare nel ristorante dell’hotel. Una convenienza perché abbiamo mangiato una insalata buonissima con un ottimo vino locale e, da italiani, abbiamo provato la loro versione di tagliatelle alla bolognese dove l’esito è stato piacevolmente superato. La camera era pulita e odorosa con una eccellente illuminazione e TV. Ogni prevenzione anti-covid è stata rispettata. La mattina della partenza, dietro richiesto, ci sono stati preparati dei panini per il viaggio, risultati poi buoni come il soggiorno che consiglio e che terrò nei miei appunti per un prossimo ritorno. ||Prezzo onesto, come il mio giudizio. ||Grazie Cristina da me ed Elena!||||Revisar el hotel donde se hospedó es una excelente manera de ayudar a otros viajeros a tomar decisiones. Una buena reseña debe poder proporcionar información que a menudo no está presente en el sitio web del hotel. El descubrimiento del Hotel Figueres Parc es un ejemplo. No apareció en nuestra búsqueda y optamos por otro hotel en la plaza. Al llegar, pensamos que era mejor volver y buscar otro sitio. Dije, saliendo de la carretera me dio una buena impresión de un hotel en la carretera, vamos a ver. La hospitalidad importa mucho. El aspecto floral del exterior que me llamó la atención fue fruto de Cristina, la dueña, quien nos recibió con gracia y una hermosa presencia como si fuéramos de la realeza. La propiedad está ubicada en un lugar tranquilo, con piscina y estacionamiento interno gratuito. Era la noche del encierro y el local cerró a las 6 pm ¿Dónde ir? Lamentablemente no poder visitar el pueblo, que entre otras cosas parecía un gueto e invité a la administración a que se ocupara de esto, fue una conveniencia comer en el restaurante del hotel. Una conveniencia porque comimos una deliciosa ensalada con un excelente vino local y, como italianos, probamos su versión de tagliatelle boloñesa donde el resultado fue gratamente superado. La habitación estaba limpia y olía con excelente iluminación y televisión. Se respetó cualquier prevención contra el covid. En la mañana de salida, previa solicitud, nos prepararon unos bocadillos para el viaje, luego buenos resultados como la estadía que recomiendo y que guardaré en mis apuntes para un futuro regreso. We chose the accommodation for its location which is close to the motorway. We had a family room with four single beds and a terrace. The accommodation was clean, and although the room and bathroom were not huge, it was perfectly adequate for our needs.|Lots of car parking at the hotel.|We enjoyed a drink at the poolside bar, and the food being served to fellow guests looked very good.|The breakfast was simple but delicious.
