We spent one night here and this is what we found:||+you can stay with your dog for 10€.||+parking is free||+the room is clean and beds are comfortable.||+good price||+all the waiters and the waitress were very friendly and hardworking.||+they have a garden for the cafeteria.||+the croissants were delicious||+coffee is served by the waiter and not from a machine||+the swimming pool was clean and 2 minutes walking from the hotel.||+ the service in the cafeteria is quick and not very expensive||- the restaurant only serves food inside including breakfast. Outside you can only have drinks and fast food. The menu is only for the restaurant.||- the queue for breakast was 35 minutes long at 9.30 and ir was served inside. The garden was not available for that.||- due to covid they change tablecloths and clean chairs and the buffet was almost non-existing. ||- waiters were working non-stop but they were up to their ears since they had to clean, set tables, bring coffee, bring plates and replenish the buffet table with glasses and dishes.    Read moreFirst visited this hotel when it was quite new... so a fairly long time ago!|It hasn't changed much. Tired(has had a lick of paint) old fashioned with a public area that looks likes Prince Charmings Castle.Dark bedroom which had a balcony(no seats) which was hardly surprising as it was filthy with bird *. Saving grace was that it was clean.|The dining has changed though...for the worse. My husband ordered roast ham with smashed potatoes. When it came we both looked as if it was a joke. Some sort of meat flooded in gravy and (for those who know) a huge pool of white sloppy stuff which was (I'm sure) very watery Smash dried potato. He took one taste and sent it back. Much to the huffing and puffing of the (quite) rude waitress. I had ordered fish and was also brought the smash.Twice it was brought back to the table saying it was what I ordered.|The wine was about the worst I've ever tasted. We asked for a bottle of water to dilute it much to the sighs of impatience from the same waitress.|Avoid this hotel. It really has fallen by the wayside. It's offering 1 star service while saying it's a...

I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Spain where they always let me take the dog to a terrace or a quiet area so I can eat and drink with my husband. In this hotel, the rude waiter walked over to me and pointed to the door and said "out". That was it! But I was told it was pet friendly and charged for my dog.|Nearly all the staff looked grubby - their shirts looked like it was quite a while since they had been laundered and ironed.|The food in the dining room was disgusting. I ordered pizza and what arrived bore no relation to pizza.|There was a large group of construction workers staying - very pleasant people - but at 0422 they all started to get up for work and the noise was intolerable. So we hardly slept.|The beds were ok but no duvets - just old blankets.|It was the worst place we stayed in three months away - the very idea that it is a 4* hotel is a joke. It is barely 1*.|Truly...
