We stayed here for 4 nights and did not regret our decision. This is a quite and cozy place with a very unique atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centers. The owner Mr Suessmann greeted us personally and all his staff was friendly and courteous at any second. They have met all our needs and we have experienced outstanding hospitality. The room was tidy and clean and came with air conditioning, fridge and a safe free to use. We were given pool towels for free and the pool was also a nice place to stay, also we decided to go to one of Mallorcas best beaches, Platja de Muro. By car, it took us 10 min to go there. The breakfast was rich and you'll get everything you want. They make scrambled eggs, fried eggs and omlets and serve fruits and different kinds of bread. If you like, you could even stay here for dinner because you will get a freshly made 3 course menu by a great chef from Germany. The finca is a little bit off so you will need a car, but you can reach all those beautiful places in the north within 1 hr maximum. Also Palma is only 45 min away. For us it was the perfect location to stay. I can totally recommend to stay here even for a longer holiday.

A wonderful place to unwind! The breakfast and restaurant are excellent, and the location is charmingly nestled under the trees, creating a cosy and unique atmosphere. Big kudos for the chef and the staff. For us this was the perfect getaway for our family (including a 1,4 year old baby). You can drive close to the finca to drop off your stuff.. highly recommend! Can Picafort is very touristic but if you go all the way to the right, there are some hidden gems!

Please note that our review reflects our personal view and experience and does not constitute in any way a qualified opinion. ||||We spent a long weekend with our family of five in the Finca Predio Son Serra. It’s the right place if you are looking to relax and switch off. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and palm trees it feels like being on a little island on its own. You slowdown from the moment you enter the Finca environment. Mr Süssmann, the owner which has been running this place for decades is very kind and very reserved at the same time. The airport ride from Palma was around 45 minutes and it was easy to find (with a navigator). We decided to have half board which included breakfast and dinner. The rich breakfast is very varied with a selection of fresh fruits, yogurt, all kind of bread and ham and salami. The coffee was unfortunately soluble coffee and one had to pay extra if he wanted a Nespresso coffee which is also not the greatest coffee but would have been a little extra. Breakfast is served until 12:00 which is normally not an option in most of the hotels and is an added benefit if you have time and you want to get up late. Dinner (which starts at 20:00) is cooked by a local resident Francisca and served by very kind and helpful waitresses at the table. Francisca must be the sweetest and kindest persons I have met on the island. She always prepared separately our baby food and on the last day she even gave us a baby-soup for the road as she knew we would have been around all day before flying back home. Thank you Francisca, it was very much appreciated! Dinner was always tasty except one night where unfortunately the paella was oversalted. Otherwise we enjoyed eating all fresco every night except the mosquitos which were a real nuisance. Take some mosquito repellent with you!! One more thing. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any allergy the hosts will go an extra mile to ensure your requirements are met.||Our room was nice, basic but clean. There was also a nice fruit basket and a bottle of wine as welcoming gift. However let’s face it if you are looking for a modern or a boutique-like environment this is not the place to be. The only flaw about the room was the missing shower gel for body or hair which was only provided on the first day. This is something I would expect on a daily basis even in a Finca. The sleeping quality I would consider from my point of view as average. Finally there is a nice outside pool which we used once and the water was at an acceptable temperature for the month of May. All in all I can only recommend this little oasis and would definitely consider coming back if was again...
