Matzuri Nekazal Turismoa — Hotel in Mutriku

We found this treasure as we were leaving Mutriku as we could not find a place in Mutriku. We just showed up and chose one of the available rooms which fit our needs.. I believe they all have views of the ocean. The property is spacious and the terrace is huge with an incredible view of the ocean and sunset. The property sits a little elevated from the town. As we were leaving we saw there was a trail into town we could have walked. Paola and her Grandfather were so kind. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place. We stayed one night in August on our way to the ferry at Bilbao. The hotel is very simple but comfortable with fantastic views out over the Bay of Biscay. The food was excellent beautifully cooked fish and a great steak. The staff are very helpful. This is a family run hotel in its 4th generation. Lamentable falta de respeto. A una semana de la reserva nos dicen que han tenido un problema de over Booking y nos cancelan la reserva. Veo en las reseñas que a otras personas les ha pasado lo mismo en semana santa. Lo peor de todo que en principio nos dijeron que nos cambiaban de habitación y a continuación anulan. No se puede jugar así con las vacaciones de la gente y dejarlos tirados. Puedo entender que les pase una vez pero ya son varías veces. Haganselo mirar su poca profesionalidad. Encima me contestan que quién soy? Pues resulta que soy la pareja de la persona que hizo la reserva. Y no ha sido culpa de Booking ha sido culpa suya. Nosotros hicimos la reserva en abril y casi a una semana se dan cuenta? O que no les ha venido bien nuestra reserva de una noche? Ustedes se han reído de nosotros porque primero nos querían anular luego nos daban otra habitación y poco después nos anulan definitivamente. Mucha casualidad que en semana santa tengan un error informativo similar y ahora en julio otra vez. Espero que les vaya mejor en adelante.
