New Palmera Casa Rural — Hotel in Ondara

We found this little gem of a hotel whilst on a cycling holiday. We arrived in Ondara late in the day and phoned before we arrived. We were not looking for 4 star hotels. On arrival we were greated by Dario, very friendly and helpful. making arrangements for the safe storage of our bikes. The quality of the room would not be out of place in a three star hotel. Spacious and clean. The meals lean more towards german / dutch quisine. Hotel sits just off the N340 road and a 5 minute walk to Ondara. 2 minutes walk to a well stocked supermarket. I would happily recommend staying at this hotel. There was work being completed on the swimming pool and Darios explained that it his intention to modernise the pool in the near future. I stayed at La Palmera in Ondara for one night for a business trip. I was given the warmest of welcome from the new Dutch owners. They immediately made me feel like a valued customer and treated me like a friend. ||||The hotel was spotless and the room was comfortable. I did not take full advantage of the facilities such as the pool because of the nature of my visit and my stay was in December. ||||The rate included a good breakfast with great coffee and another opportunity to get to know the owners.||||I would recommend staying at La Palmera, there is a good car park. Tengo que admitir que nunca hubiese esperado eso. Lo venden como casa rural pero también hotel 1 estrella . Javier el dueño dice que era un puticlub reformado

En plena pandemia, este sitio no tiene ninguna medida para el Covid19. Nunca he visto el dueño ni los empleados con mascarillas y no hablo de lavarse las manos.

Hemos tenido una habitación más que sucia con muchísima humedad os dejo ver las fotos yo he dormido en el sofá tenía ganas de vomitar de lo sucio que estaba.

Hemos pagado por bizum y no quiere hacernos una factura así que todo es trabajo en negro.

Hay por lo menos 4 personas que trabajan allí sin estar declaradas todo en b.

Debido al tratamiento que hemos tenido, y la forma de burlarse de los clientes tanto por el servicio que por la comunicación voy a denunciar todos los hechos lunes

denuncia a sanidad: por poner el peligro mi familia denuncia a hacienda: por no querer hacer una factura fue 2 pagos de 395 por bizum denuncia a policía por estafadores denuncia a Booking.com y las otras plataformas de reservaciones

Tampoco creo que tenga una licencia para vender alcohol

Este mes será el ultimo mes de apertura para ellos porque voy a hacer todo para cerrar lo me lo ponen tan fácil

Javier el propietario tiene poca educación, no tiene idea de las obligaciones que llevan un hotel, hace trabajar 4/5 personas sin declararlas
