Fincahotel Los Naranjos — Hotel in Palma

The Residencia Los Naranjos is real gem in the countryside of Mallorca. |We have spent almost 2 weeks here and our staying has been perfect all along.|The place itself is more a house than a hotel, we felt at home the moment we arrived. |Sandra welcomed us and showed us around; the common areas as the kitchen, the terrace and the library are available h24 for the guests. |We were fascinated to see how everything in the décor was refined and accurate.|We were accomodated in the beautiful Palmera bedroom which was very spacious and had a balcony with an awesome view over the orange orchard.|The beds around the swimming pool are fluffy and make sunbathing so pleasant that we went to the beach only once because it was more agreeable staying here.|All the outside and inside spaces are meticulously clean, Christian -the owner of the place- supervises that everything is perfect, and indeed it is!|In a nutshell we are enthusiastic about Los Naranjos and recommend it to people who want a different relaxing experience from a...

The staff are incredibly. Place is wonderful. Beds extremely comfortable. BUT there are major issues with the people who own it. I don’t think I have EVER met anyone SO RUDE in all my life and the reason she gave was because she was German!! Well that is not a reason to be rude and I’m sure that other German people would find that quite offensive. If we had done anything that warranted the shouting and rudeness I got then I would take it but I was walking into the dining area from the pool and was met by her shouting at me that I had slammed a door!! The doors are on self closets by the way! |We rented the WHOLE hotel for a week for my daughters wedding and we were disgusted at the way we were treated. When we arrived we spent the first 3 days with diggers and chainsaws going the whole time but we never said a word. A vacation that turns to be a nightmare.||Me and my girlfriend despite a reservation we were kicked out on the 31st of December from our room without a reason.||||Everything happened when after a couple of days in the Hotel we ask to extend our stay a night more i.e. the 31st December. Marco, the manager confimed this multiple times and then the day after...the big surprise.
