Villa Can Papa — Hotel in Pollença

Our stay in April '17 for two weeks : Property Manager was late for pre-arranged check in time, pool heating had not been turned on in advance so was only warm by the very end of the first week, Sewage smells from one of the en-suites weren't dealt with, hot water ran out repeatedly as did gas for cooking in the kitchen. None of these issues were responded to with any speed (if remedied at all). Interior of the house doesn't match all of the images online, (different cabinets, doorways in different places). Groundskeeper is regularly there which is fine but he's not the most unobtrusive and while deciding to manually run the sprinklers one evening while we were eating dinner outside, managed to spray a few of our party and the table. By itself that probably could have been taken lightly but added to the rest of the list it becomes yet another failure to deliver an acceptable service. Dickinson villas as the rental agent weren't much help either, simply pulling the "I'm the middle man" card...well, our contract is with you and that's what we paid you to be. Location is nice and quiet but close to access/town, villa is reasonable value for money if none of the above had occurred. My complaint still stands with Dickinson and weeks later is still unresolved. Not...

Super schöne Finca, ruhig gelegen, mit vielen tollen individuellen Zimmern. Toller Ausblick in Richtung der Berge. Der Pool ist herrlich zum Schwimmen und Plantschen.
