We stayed at the Finca for 8 days and we expected much more considering the ratings and the price tag. We opted for the junior suite and expected a quiet and cosy room but the room was not quiet it was rather noisy as soon as other guests occupied the surrounding rooms. The mattress was already quite used and had a deepening in some areas from former guests. The furnishing of the room was appropriate but nothing more. The bathroom had a nice big shower. The included breakfast was disappointing. The only homemade products were two different cakes and some marmalade. The most of the other products, especially the sweet were pre packed like muffins for example. The fresh fruits were good. Every morning the dinner menu for the day is presented but it also mentioned that a la carte is possible as well. So one day we decided to eat a la carte but have not noticed the staff upfront. When we arrived in the evening we have been told that we did not notice the staff and that it might take longer, the tone was rather hectic. We ordered a salad, some shellfish and beef fillet. The salad came without dressing and was a bit tasteless the shellfish soup was okay. The beef fillet was served with chips, some vegetables but without any sauce and no ketchup or mayonnaise for the chips. The dinner was disappointing. The surrounding area is quiet and nice, the pool is well maintained as well as the garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Finca Son Roig. From the very start of our booking, the staff were accommodating to all our needs, including an alarmingly early check in. Being only 35 minutes from Palma, it is located in a beautifully quiet spot, surrounded by open fields. The facilities are first class. Lovely, tastefully appointed rooms, a beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and day beds and well kept grounds and beautiful, rustic architecture. The food was excellent, with a variety of choice of menus for lunch and supper. Each morning started with a fine breakfast that set us up for the day. Everything we required was about a half hour's drive away, with easy access to beaches, markets and towns to visit. We had a terrace room that gave us lovely views of the surrounding countryside. All in all, we had a relaxing, interesting and perfect stay. The staff couldn't do enough to help us, without being intrusive. We will definitely return and would recommend Finca Son Roig without hesitation.

Spent a couple of days in this lovely small Finca. It’s perfect to disconnect and relax for a few days. The rooms are super big and clean, the service was fantastic, everyone was super attentive. The breakfast is of high quality as well and offers everything you need, plus spending it on the terrace is awesome too. There is actually one thing which is a very positive sign of a good quality breakfast, it’s the orange juice. And they had a freshly squeezed one, simply perfect! And last but not least, the welcome was fantastic too. When we arrived, they were super friendly and organized food although the kitchen was already closed. We will definitely come back.

Very beautiful finca in the middle of nowhere which is great if you want peace and to relax. BUT, the hotel was full of families with kids and babies yelling and jumping in the pool all day long, which made it impossible to relax properly… we had to leave the hotel and go somewhere else during the day to find peace. They sell you an “Oasis of tranquility” on their website, it was absolutely not. It’s the type of place where they definitely need to make it adult only and this would be a 10/10. The rooms are comfortable and clean but could benefit from a few modern touches. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the service, when we arrived there was nobody at the reception and we had to look around the hotel to find someone. Nobody to help you carry our luggage to the first floor, no iron in the room and you have to go get it yourself and bring it back. They make no effort during dinner to smile and are not polite with the guests. On top of that, some dishes from the menu are not available… The breakfast is only open from 8am to 9.45am, and for the dinner the kitchen closes at 9pm! + you have to tell them in the morning if you’re going to be here for dinner… For the price (over €1000 for 3 nights), it could have been...
