Nice rooms and location but value for money isn't as good as some other hotels. Sorry but a room opening onto a carpark doesn't warrant a price of €260 per night. For example Hotel Catalonia Reina Victoria was €100 a night less to get a suite with Tao views in town. The suite we had a Hotel La Fuente was nice with a fire but the bathroom window had to have frosting or people would see you showering from the carpark.
The location is 15 mins drive from town so you need a car, this is good in some ways since it's quiet but in other ways it is isolated and if you must have meals onsite they are expensive. We had the Christmas Eve dinner which was 7 small courses and quite nice but for €110 it could have included drinks- we even had to pay for water.
We saw Thai massage in the room booklet and asked for this and it was honestly the worst massage we've had. The guy was nice but not professionally trained and spent 30 mins massaging our legs so it didn't end up being a full body. Due to his inexperience he actually bruised my husband's neck. We told the hotel but they didn't seem to care and said the Thai massage wasn't available - but had they told us this when we booked we wouldn't have proceeded. This left us with a bad impression of the hotel. We enjoyed many aspects but due to the experience with the massage and an overall higher price compared to the value received in other places we likely...

We stayed for 3 nights and had originally planned to dine in for 2 and out for 1, but because it was so exceptional and so utterly relaxing and with excellent wines we actually enjoyed evening dinner for each of our 3 nights.|The Hotel is in an excellent location and we enjoyed visiting Ronda to see all the main sites, but also Setinel and Olvera. There is a nearby excellent Olive Oil producer which we didn’t have time to visit, wine tasting small tours would be another option and there are still more white villages that we would love to visit should we return in the future which we hope to do.|All the staff are very friendly, approachable, accommodating and welcoming.
